Holiday Notices

Due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. They do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier end (including traffic, weather conditions, and surge in delivery volume).

Product Lead Time:

• In Stock: Order an item that is in stock by end of day December 20, 2023, the item will ship the following day for delivery by December 22, 2023.
• Made To Order: Every item has a different lead time, specified at the bottom of the product description on the individual product page. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2-3 business days within the United States, and 5-10 business days internationally.

Packaging:

• If your purchase is a gift and you will not receive it in time, please email info@stephaniegottlieb.com and we can provide a card with a rendering or image of the item you purchased for you to give to the recipient. 
• One gift box provided per order. Orders with multiple items will receive additional SG shopping bags to accommodate.

Holiday Return Policy:

• Gift orders placed between September 15, 2023 and December 25, 2023 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 8th, 2024.
• Our return and exchange policy applies to gift returns.
